I'yard experiencing the same issue on the Windows Phone app, the desktop app and the web-based version. Both apps had been working fine for me until last night.
I'm based in Poland and using the English (United kingdom) version of the apps. Because the error coincided with my trying out the Polish linguistic communication version, I causeless switching back to English language would fix it. No such luck.

Thanks for the respond.
I've tried all suggestions to no avail.
I take establish, however, that I am able to add together entries to the App if I remove my Microsoft account from the App.
But, if I then add my Microsoft account once more the problem returns.
This is very frustrating equally I really want to make use of this app simply tin can't at the moment!
I did take it on iii devices; my laptop, my PC and my Android phone. I have now removed it from my PC and Android phone.
EDIT: I've merely been going through the Event Viewer and accept spotted a couple of errors.
DeleteAppContainerProfile failed for AppContainer Microsoft.BingHealthAndFitness_8wekyb3d8bbwe with error 0x80070091.
AppContainer profile failed with error 0x80070091 considering information technology was unable to delete folder C:\Users\Hairdresser\AppData\Local\Packages\microsoft.binghealthandfitness_8wekyb3d8bbwe\Air-conditioning or its contents.
EDIT 2: I uninstalled the app, deleted the in a higher place folder, then ran the sfc and dism commands again, reinstalled the app and the same problem persists.

Well I've tested it this morning time and information technology's miraculously working. I haven't done anything on my laptop since I last tried it and information technology was still not working, so I can only assume the issue resided with the Server.
Aught Lasts... But Zilch is Lost...

I am receiving the same mistake and have been since 4/24 mid-day. I tried the outset troubleshooter link above - it said it corrected a couple of errors, but I am yet unable to add items to the food tracker. I am non computer savvy enough to perform the 2nd troubleshooter - a two hour process that I know will inquire questions that I will not be able to answer. If I try removing the plan and reinstalling information technology, volition all my data be lost?
Any other ideas?

I have been having the aforementioned problem since the 26/4/2015 on the phone app and desktop app. No replies from feedback provided.
Please fix the app ASAP as when it works its a great

If y'all uninstall and reinstall the app it volition lose your data, but if you've signed in to the app with your Microsoft Account (or if you sign in to your PC with your Microsoft Account) then any information already in the App should be synchronized.
So when you lot reinstall it should reinstate all of your information.

I'one thousand also having this issue, it's been a couple days now, on WP8.1, Windows RT, and the browser version. While WP8.1 and RT just throw a generic "Request could non exist completed" mistake, the browser's error says "Call to the server failed, please try once again."
I've reinstalled the app a number of times and tried other workarounds, merely a similar server error for and then many people indicates a problem on Microsoft's end, a server crash or something similar.
